I can’t recommend Campus Court enough. I live in a townhouse, and it’s great! 3 stories and everyone has their own bathroom. Love. ALSO the amenities are awesome.

I use the gym every. single. day. & when it’s warm, we can open the garage doors and have fresh air in the gym! There is a private room with the Lululemon workout mirror, and tanning bed too. all included with rent.

The pool is really nice, and feels like a private area when the weather is warm. I like to bring my study materials and spend the day there when I can.

Choose campus court :)

Overall, a quite positive experience. No place is perfect, but I can say that for the most part, the complex is nice and both the maintenance as well as the office staff respond to issues quickly when you bring them up. I renewed my lease for a reason, and I have recommended the complex to others.

Judy and Kristina in the leasing office are AMAZING! They went above & beyond to ensure my son and his roommate had the best move-in experience possible. During our recent move-in day, they stayed 2 hours after closing to ensure the apartment was clean and furnished. They are both a valuable asset to the Campus Court team!

I had a great move-in experience; the office staff and maintenance teams responded to all of my needs incredibly quickly.

I have lived here for two years now and I have had nothing but a great experience. The staff has always been friendly and the maintenance team has always handled any issues we have as soon as possible. They are always kind and make sure we are comfortable while they are working on things that may need fixed. The staff makes sure to do fun activities for us on the property too, like giveaways and such! I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to renewing. UPDATED REVIEW: Judi always makes sure to accommodate our needs and puts us first! The staff is so kind and Judi made sure to get us a brand new AC unit when ours went out. Incredibly kind!🩷

I Love living in Campus Court. My apartment is amazing the staff is friendly and very engaging with residents. Also, the gym is spectacular. My main concern with student living has always been maintenance requests and campus court has been very quick with the completion of work orders.

I lived at Campus Court during my time and loved it. Graduated in 2013. Recently I accidentally ordered something expensive to my old college address. Ooops. Frantically, I called Campus Court to try and intercept it before it was delivered to my old apartment. Thankfully Ashden from the front office helped me out! She called to let me know she had my package and she even dropped it off at the FedEx store for me to ensure it made it to my current address Thank you Ashden for being so helpful!! Go Broncos!

I love and admire how hard the campus court staff works! Maintenance came the same day I put in a request and got the job done quickly and correctly! I appreciate Sarah so much for checking in and working hard for me to be comfortable in my apartment! They’re amazing!
