An individual lease makes you responsible for your own portion of the rent. If a roommate moves out, you won’t be responsible for their share.

3. What if I need to move out before my lease ends?

Campus Court at Knollwood’s lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Campus Court at Knollwood after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.

4. What is included in the rent?

Campus Court at Knollwood rent includes: trash pickup, High Speed Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Campus Court at Knollwood’s amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them!

5. When are rent payments due?

You can pay your total lease amount in one, two, or twelve installments:

One installment: Due August 1.
Two installments: Due August 1 and January 1.
Twelve installments: The first is due August 1, with the remaining eleven due on the first of each following month.

These payments are installments of your total lease amount, rather than monthly rent.
